Refund policy

 

All products sold are one-time purchases. We do not offer or operate any subscription-based services.

Orders are processed and fulfilled as physical goods. Once an order has been shipped, it is considered fulfilled.

If a customer has an issue with their order, they must contact us directly to resolve it. Chargebacks should not be used as a method of cancellation or refund.

Digital products are sent immediately upon purchase, no refunds accepted.
